Концентрация полезных веществ в гидролатах не так уж велика, поэтому имеет смысл выбирать гидролат по приятному для вас аромату. Далее стоит исходить из типа кожи и ее потребностей.
Универсальные: Гидролаты розы, лаванды, цветов горького апельсина (нероли), ромашки, зеленого чая.
Для сухой и чувствительной кожи: гидролаты розы, герани, ладанной камеди, василька, календулы, ромашки.
Для проблемной кожи: розмарин, календула, лаванда, мелисса, герань.
Для жирной/комбинированной кожи: розмарин, календула, нероли, лаванда, мелисса, шалфей.
Гидролаты для сухой и чувствительной кожи глубоко увлажняют, устраняют сухость, выравнивают цвет лица, делают кожу бархатной и нежной. Для жирной кожи — сужают поры, оказывают противовоспалительное действие, помогают избавиться от прыщиков и воспалений, очищают и тонизируют.
Подходят для детей: гидроаты ромашки, лаванды, цветов горького апельсина.
Против старения: розмарин, мелисса, ладанная камедь, зеленый чай.
Успокоят и улучшат настроение: лаванда, мелисса, нероли, роза, герань.
Когда будете выбирать гидролат, обращайте внимание еще на пару моментов:
- в составе должен быть только сам гидролат (допускается наличие мягкого консерванта, но не более того!) – ни воды, ни ароматизаторов – ничего другого быть не должно.
- материал упаковки: важно, чтобы это было стекло. Лучше темное, непрозрачное (прозрачное допустимо, но тогда вдвойне следите за тем, чтобы на гидролат не попадал солнечный свет).
