Эксперименты показали, что эстракт киви снижает интенсивность выпадения волос, усиливает блеск и упругость волос при постоянном применении.
Интересно! Мякоть киви содержит фермент актинидин, за счет которого свежий киви быстро разрушает белковые молекулы. Это свойство используют в кулинарии: если мясо замариновать в мякоти свежего киви, уже через 10-15 минут оно станет мягким. Именно поэтому делать маску для лица из свежего киви не стоит – за несколько минут можно получить ожог кожи и серьезные повреждения. Аллергия на киви страшна – от покраснений и отеков до болей в области живота, сердца и потери сознания.
Экстракт киви, используемый в косметических средствах, не содержит актинидина и солей кальция, поэтому он безопасен, но эксперименты со свежим киви могут закончиться неудачно.
